How to become a good leader even if you are an 'inexperienced' one.

Dear Neophyte Leader,

Are you stressed out? Are you working in a stressful workplace surrounded by unhappy people? Are your subordinates always late for work or calling-in sick? Are you meeting targets in your department? May I know who LEADS the team?

You are reading this letter now because you answered “I AM” to the last question and would want to answer “NO” to the previous ones. Of course, you are hoping to change your situation and would not want to stay long in such a workplace. Worry no more, for the key to rediscover yourself as a leader and rebuild your leadership style is in your hands.

Before I discuss with you my eBook, let me introduce myself.

My name is Fernando R. Pacia, born and raised in Malabon, Philippines. I am an Engineer and Masters Degree Holder.  My exposure has been in managing operation and conducting training courses ever since.  I traveled to train in Japan, worked in Dubai and United Kingdom, until fate brought me to Michigan, USA.  And let me share with you my very interesting leadership journey.

I was once in the same leadership position like you. I was too young and naive when I started leading people. I have no slightest idea on how to properly handle and manage people. Because of that ignorance, I led my team to hate me for I flaunt my authority over them, coerce them to do what I wanted them to do, and implemented strict rules to impose discipline and demand obedience.

It was the only kind of leadership I knew. I failed big time back then! I strained many relationships with my peers and subordinates. I made our work environment stressful and full of pressure. I felt so miserable as a leader. 

My subordinates called me ‘JURASSIC’ behind my back. They looked at me as a grumpy and barbaric dinosaur expelling smoke out of my nostrils all the time. Wow!!! Really Now!?!?

Of course, if my subordinates were not happy and stressed out, my superiors were not at all pleased with my quality of work and my delivered results? At the back of my mind, I knew that they were just looking for the right time to kick me out!

So, believe me when I say I know how it is like to be a NO-GOOD LEADER. It wasn’t very long ago when I was struggling in a very stressful environment. But when I discovered the secrets of EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP revealed through THE BIBLE, my workplace became a happy place! Glad I discovered it early as a neophyte leader. It was not easy leading when you are young, inexperienced and impressionable. Yet, when you are open to learning and continuously searching, rediscovery will soon come your way. And this book, maybe, is a happenstance –happy chance to be on your hands!
