Before I discuss with you my eBook, let me introduce myself.
My name is Fernando R. Pacia, I am a Filipino, a Mechanical Engineer, and finished Master of Business Administration (MBA). My exposure is operation and training ever since. I traveled to study in Japan, worked in Dubai, United Kingdom, and now in the United States of America.
I was once in the same position like yours. I was too young and naive when I started leading people; I didn't have any idea about proper ways of handling and managing people. And because of that ignorance, I lead my subordinates by flaunting my authority over them, coercing them to do what I wanted them to do, and implementing strict rules to impose discipline and demand obedience.
It was the only kind of leadership I knew. I failed big time back then! I strained many relationships with my peers and subordinates and made our work environment stressful and full of pressure.
My subordinates called me ‘JURASSIC’ behind my back. They looked at me as a grumpy and barbaric dinosaur with smoke coming out of my nostrils all the time. Wow!!! Really!!!
Of course, if my subordinates were not happy and stressed out, my superiors were not at all pleased with my quality of work and my delivered results? At the back of my mind, I knew that they were just looking for the right time to kick me out!
So believe me when I say I know how it is like to be a NO-GOOD LEADER. It wasn’t very long ago when I was struggled with a stressful environment. But when I discovered the secrets of EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP revealed through THE BIBLE, my workplace became a happy place! Glad I discovered it early as a neophyte leader. Fernando R. Pacia, is a Naturalized US Citizen who was born and raised in the Philippines. He is a Mechanical Engineer by profession with Master's Degree in Business Administration. Working his way up the success ladder, Fernando took several jobs through the years.
He started as a Helper Mechanic in a auto shop after graduating in College. He also worked as an Aircon Technican and an Adjuster in an Insurance Company. He was also sent to Japan for training program to be able to start up a manufaturing company in the Philippines.
